A:5 years warranty for acrylic,artificial damage will not be included.

A:Yes,we have.It depends on the size of your project.

Q.How long will it take to receive my products?
A:As a general rule,it will take 3-4 weeks for us to produce your custom designed products.

Q.Is there a minimum size requirement?
A:Due to our core competencies,the high manpower cost and shipping freight,we do not accept small size.Minimum thickness for acrylic sheet is 0.8mm.

Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Normally small size samples can be sent free of charge and customers only need to pay a little shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL,FEDEX, TNT.UPS courier account number to us. As for bigger sizes, it depends.

Q: What is the payment term?
A: T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.
